"Ridin' the Rails" Miniature watercolor.

Just did this one today:
1.35 x 3.25"
"Ridin' the Rails"
So it's about 1/2 the size of an ACEO.
Transparent watercolor. As usual, the scan does not do it justice.

Wow, you must paint with a one haired brush. Great job!

Wonderful, detailed art that I wish I could do.

Fantastic detail in a miniature treasure!

You got really good gestures on all the figures, and I like how the red shirt makes the top figure the main focal point.

Great Jillian, I especially like the little face of the guy in the big black hat looking at us!

Thanks for all your comments. The face on the little guy is MUCH better under magnification. As this is on rough paper it doesn't scan well.
News just in. I sent it to El Dorado Gallery in Colorado Springs, CO, and it won a merit award out in Watercolor so I found out yesterday. There were 400 entires. Not all are watercolor though.
