4 x 6 inches, watercolor, 2008,
This was painted for the WNW Watercolor Groups Monthly Masters Challenge. This month the theme is "Spring". This is a rendition of "Spring" by Alphons Mucha. Mucha's work became synonymous with Art Nouveau, a style of decorative graphic art featuring beautiful women and flowing lines that encompassed all areas of design, from posters to jewellery to furnishings.

Oh My God Mark! I can't find an adjective that I've not used yet for your paint (neither I want to be boring, but Art Nouveau has a big fascination on me!
My best congrats.
The illustrator in you shines Mark, beautiful piece :)
