This beautiful dancer is one of many in my daughters dance company who have allowed me use them as models for my painting. This graceful dancer in arabesque en pointe makes ballet look easy.
This painting is done with artist quality watercolor paints on 140 lb cold press Artistico paper. It measures 8.5"x11" and is the perfect size for a mat with an 8"x10" opening. I have shown it here, cropped to 8"x10", and a smaller version of the whole painting with edges.
