I've always loved pine cones. In my home state of South Carolina, they are everywhere. I love to walk thru the pine needles, and listen to the crunching needles under my feet, and look for perfect pine cones. Every one is a little individual.

Very well done! And I'm glad somebody likes them, because my yard is full of them and they drive me insane! I'm constantly picking them up and it's back-breaking work! I've drawn one before, but I've never considered how different they are from each other. Hmmm...time for closer inspection!
